Hello & Thank you for booking with BraidsByQuise My name is Marquise but you can call me Quise or Mo. If you’re a returning client, welcome back! If you’re here for the first time, welcome. I will be your stylist. I have over 20 years of experience & ***I am currently based in Glendale, Arizona.*** I specialize in protective styling, such as braids with natural hair, knotless braids, cornrows, soft locs, loc maintenance & crochet styles. I work with beauty aficionados of all ethnicities to enhance their beauty by their crown. *Appointments are confirmed once your non-refundable deposit/retainer is received. Deposits go toward the total & can be paid via (PayPal Or Venmo- @braidsbyquise. Cash app- $BraidsByQuise7 or Zelle - braidsbyquise@gmail.com). Balances are preferred in cash at the time of service. However, electronic payments are accepted & will incur an additional $5 fee. The appointment location will be sent once the appointment is confirmed via text if not provided in your confirmation email. Weekday availability starts at 5pm. And the last appointment time is 7:30pm, depending on the service. Saturday’s availability starts at 10:30am & the last appointment is at 4pm, depending on the service. Fridays & Sundays, I am closed but you may be able to book for an additional $50 fee, if available. **Please be sure to read the service descriptions. Feel free to book a free consultation if you have any concerns about your hair or a style.** •All braid styles include braiding hair & require clients to come washed, dry, detangled & product free - Unless a wash/blow dry is booked with your service. Prices do NOT change if you bring your own hair. *When booking, please know that I take progress photos/videos during time of service. You can also see your progress at that time. If you have any questions or concerns about your hair, please address them prior to leaving your appointment. My goal is to have you walking out feeling amazing! Respectfully, You can opt out of having your face shown in any pictures or videos. • I service children 7+ if they will sit for the style process. •There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, with no communication there will be a $20 late fee added to your service, if my schedule permits. Otherwise, your retainer is forfeited and you will have to reschedule with a new retainer. *You can reschedule once within 24 hours of your appointment with the same retainer. •No call- No shows will NOT be able to book in the future; unless the option to pay in full is available at time of next booking. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non refundable. Deposits are forfeited if appointment cancellation occurs within 24 hours of appointment & you will not be able to reschedule with the same deposit. **NO SHOWS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY IN FULL IF THEY BOOK IN THE FUTURE**
